please read before ordering

• It is HIGHLY recommended that you have custom sizes before ordering. Which means you must have bought my sizing kit at some point past 2023, or you have reached out to me to do digital sizing.

• If you have ordered before/sent me your sizes before, I have them on file, no worries :) if you remember them yourself, typing them in the notes box when checking out would be a big help to me <3

• I do not give refunds based on sizing, as sizing kits are available to find your exact size. You will receive photos of custom orders before the nails are sent, so I will not give refunds passed that time. 

• As this is a small business, I do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. If you think it's a special case, please reach out to me via email. :)

• My processing time is 7-14 days. For example, if you order on July 1st, your nails will be shipped by July 15th. Please do not message me asking when your nails will ship if I am still within this processing time. Any other concerns, 100% feel free to message me. Especially if an order is for some reason late!
