please read before ordering

  • You must know your nail sizes to order. Which means you must have bought my sizing kit at some point. If you haven't, either order a kit along with your set, or order a kit before you order a set.
    • If you have ordered before/sent me your sizes before, I have them on file, no worries :) if you remember them yourself, typing them in the notes box when checking out would be a big help to me <3
    • I do not give refunds based on sizing, as sizing kits are available to find your exact size. You will receive photos of custom orders before the nails are sent, so I will not give refunds passed that time. 
    • As this is a small business, I do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. If you think it's a special case, please reach out to me via email. :)
  • My processing time is 7-14 days. For example, if you order on July 1st, your nails will be shipped by July 15th. Please do not message me asking when your nails will ship if I am still within this processing time. Any other concerns, 100% feel free to message me. Especially if an order is for some reason late!
    • Why is my processing time 1-2 weeks? One set can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. Most days I am doing multiple sets, and sometimes I I mess up on a design. On top of my orders, I am trying to stay active on my socials (mainly instagram) so that I can promote my small business. I am never waiting until the last minute to do your guys's sets I promise!
  • Size Kit Orders: If you order a sizing kit along with a set, the kit will ship first (3-4 days in the US), you can email or dm me your sizes, THEN the 1-2 week processing time will begin.
