Processing Time

My processing time is 7-14 days, shipping depends on which option you choose at checkout.

  • My processing time is 7-14 days. For example, if you order on July 1st, your nails will be shipped by July 15th. Please do not message me asking when your nails will ship if I am still within this processing time. Any other concerns, 100% feel free to message me. Especially if an order is for some reason late!

    • Why is my processing time 1-2 weeks? One set can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. Most days I am doing multiple sets, and sometimes I mess up on a design. On top of my orders, I am trying to stay active on my socials (mainly instagram) so that I can promote my small business. I am never waiting until the last minute to do your guys' sets I promise!

    • If you order a sizing kit along with a set, the kit will ship first within 2-3 days, you can email or dm me your sizes, THEN the 1-2 week processing time will begin, then the shipping time.


Shipping 

• Please understand that shipping times begin after processing time ends. 

If you make a mistake before a shipping label is made, you can email theenailfactory@gmail.com, and we will fix it.  If you need to change your address after the label has been printed, you will be charged to reprint another label.

• Any order that has been shipped by the shipping carrier is out of my hands once I’ve dropped it off. If you think a package is lost, call USPS or UPS the shipping carrier.


Returns/Cancellations/Chargebacks

I do not offer any returns or cancellations. Please know for sure if you want to go forward with your press on nail order. 

  • No refunds/cancellations due to not receiving products “in time”. Please read my “processing time” section to understand why my nails take the time that they do :)

  • No refunds due to sizing. Sizing is completely up to the customer and it is highly suggested you order a sizing kit for any shape you want to try, as sizes may differ for some shapes. When purchasing, customers agree to have read store policies. Including policies for shipping, processing times and refunds.

  • It is always assumed that potential customers look through my past work to see the type of art that I do. As to start a custom order with me, you most likely messaged me through instagram dms where I have a portfolio of my work. I will always create designs to the best of my ability and since you can see the art that I do, I don't accept refunds based on “not being happy with a design”. I am happy to re-paint designs in certain cases.

  •  If a customer ordered a freestyle set, or mystery set, I am not required to send a photo  before shipping as the set is meant to be a surprise. With ordering this set, a customer agrees to be surprised and has no control over the design. No refunds or cancellations for this product.


  • If a customer submits a chargeback or requests an inquiry with the bank over an order, they will not be allowed to order from TheeNailFactory again. I will always be flexible and try to find a way to help both the customer and I if problems arise with an order.


Sizes

  • Sizing: The client is always responsible for sizing. The client has to have sizes before ordering, or order a kit along with their order. If a client orders a sizing kit along with their order and doesn’t find a perfect fit, the client should choose the next closest size. There will be no refunds based on sizing. 

  • If the client fails to leave sizes with order, the set/s will be made in a size medium. If the size medium does not fit, there will be no refunds or cancellations.

  • Sizing will not be the same across all shapes.

    • If you have ordered before/sent me your sizes for a certain shape before, I have that shape’s sizes on file, no worries :) if you remember them yourself, typing them in the notes box when checking out would be a big help to me <3

Disclaimers

  • The product is reusable but it heavily depends on how well you take care of the nails. 

  • Shapes may have different fits, but that is on the client to find out. I cannot stress enough that you will need a sizing kit for any shape you want to try. Sizing will not be the same across all shapes.

  • I do offer replacement nails!
